Your Local Business Get’s a Unique Partner Focused on Results!
Aren’t you tired of throwing good hard-earned treasure down the toilet trying to get more traffic and make more sales from your website? I’m serious! You spend an ungodly amount of money in your business for:
1. Marketing and Advertising
3. The Sales Process
4. Delivering Your Products and Services
5. …and After Sales Care
Let me ask you a question about all this money you’re spending. In what ways is that money paying for itself?
How are you and your team making sure that your marketing campaigns aren’t freeloaders, just sucking profits out of your business?
What about all those promotional campaigns, you know… the “try before you buy”, “get your free quote here”, or “15% off” sales? What if you knew exactly (to the penny) how much they’re bringing into your business? With that kind of knowledge you’d have the power to boost the campaigns that are working and kill those that are stealing you blind.
And, just imagine what would happen if more of your leads turned into buyers. And your current buyers started to buy more from you each time the walked into your shop? I bet your stress would plummet and you’d finally be excited again about going to work and building your business!
These are the exact reasons we decided to go into business. We’re here to help you thump your competition by delivering more qualified buyers to your door than anyone else. And, since we’re business operations specialists we take on a completely different approach – we demand a return on investment for your business.
You Get Direct Access to A Unique Blend of Entrepreneur – Manager & Technician.
As you were just reading, we have a completely different and far superior approach (in our humble opinion). But, we’re biased for a reason. In fact, we’re convinced you’ll never get exclusive access to expertise that includes:
Direct Retail Experience – I cut my teeth standing behind the cash register in my parent’s Gambles store in Globe, Arizona when I was just 8-years old. And, I got a chance to watch our radio advertisements being recorded firsthand. What a thrill to hear it played and know that it was driving foot traffic to the store.
And, in college, I worked for The Gap. This wasn’t just a college job, it was an immersive course in merchandising, selling and controlling inventory.
All this means that you get a partner that not just understands your challenges, but is a partner to help you win in the dog-eat-dog, low margin world of retail!
Unparalleled Services Experience – As a Professional Engineer and Senior Vice President of one of the fastest growing civil engineering firms in America, I’ve been able to sell over $350M worth of services in my career. And, I’m going to tell you – right here and now – how I did it!
I did it by listening to my clients and really understanding the problems that needed solving. And, as those solutions weren’t normally technical. They were about what was keeping them up at night, just like you do in your business. (hint: My 4 Magic Questions didn’t hurt either)… but I digress.
All this experience in the trenches means that – like you:
- I hate outside sales
- I hate cold calls
- I hate rubber chicken lunches
I hate it when my customers trust Google more than me…
That’s why our process is designed to keep your best salespeople in the office where they can close more deals. And, that’s why we design our campaigns in a way that has your phone ringing, not the other way around. And finally, say goodbye to the rubber chicken “networking” lunches and stop being afraid of your customer using Google. In fact, you’ll be jumping for joy every time they turn to Google to solve their problems. Because, your site will be there to get the traffic – right up there on the first page!
A Leader In Business Education – it’s not easy being on the Steering Committee for the University of California’s Anderson Graduate School of Management in Riverside, California when you have neither a business or a graduate degree. But, those long days in Riverside were chock-full of advise from a passionate person that wanted these graduate students to succeed. And, the amount of wisdom I sucked up while I was there, is all yours – day in a day out!
World Leader In Copywriting – a little confession here… before you get lofty ideas that I’ll be able to wordsmith your business into the next success story on Shark Tank, you must know…the successes I’ve had with Copywriting are only for amazing products and services. With the help of amazing teams, I’ve provided double-digit boosts in win rates for professional services, and I’ve helped launch multiple businesses throughout the world. But, if your product or service stinks, the words I use will only allow you to sell and refund faster! I won’t even take on a project for which I don’t believe in the product or service – period.
Why Call The Business “Digital Main Street Media”?
This is actually a funny story. I won’t bore you with the details, but I will share that as a business consultant in a small rural part of North Carolina, I got to develop an uncanny knack for ranking websites on the front page of Google – overnight! And, one of my friends asked me to work with him to help him convert his sales force from old-school outside sales to technical masters that just had to wait by the phone because Google was sending traffic directly to them as they were looking for answers.
And, that’s when it hit me.
I’m the guy that’s helping small and local businesses (Main Street) go digital! I’m the guy that’s turned traditional direct-response marketing on it’s ear with proven business practices that combine traditional approaches with digital tools.
So… I thought it was fitting that I’d simply refer to the service I was providing as Digital Main Street Media. This is because you get to leverage the digital world to make more sales and we do it with some special sauce that includes media rich pages, advertisements, and listings. I know, it’s not very sexy, but it is why we do what we do!
What We Do Well & What We’ll Have to Pass On!
I’m NOT a Jack of All Trades. But, when you hire me, you do get a triple threat against the competition. You get an entrepreneurial mind that’s always helping you find the next best opportunity to grown. You also get 30-years of business management and operations skills that range from retail to non-profit to professional services. And, the final threat? You get to borrow my innate ability to find a marketing message designed to sell more of your products and services.
And, I’d be remiss if I didn’t tell you…
I’m NOT a graphic designer. I’m an engineer that has a tough time drawing a straight line with a ruler.
I’m NOT an accountant. I don’t pretend to know everything there is to know about business finance, business loans, going public, or tax law.
(Speaking of Law) I’m NOT an attorney! I can read my own contracts and understand most of what’s needed, but I (like you) have to rely on someone else to help me get through the nuances and legal implications that plague our business.
I’m NOT afraid of new challenges. It’s the way we all learn. But, learning is impossible without making mistakes. So, if you ask me to learn on your project, I may make some mistakes. But, I’m here to learn from those mistakes, correct those mistakes and move past them.
I’m NOT… – I’m sure there are a million things I am not. So, this list may grow more and more over time. We shall see!
Are We a Fit For Your Core Values?
It only take a quick minute to type Bradley Waldrop or Business Integrity Matters or Holy Profits into the search engine and you’re going to find my book “Business Integrity Matters”, television interviews, a radio show that I used to host and a truckload of other information on the web that says… I’m a Christian guy trying to figure out my purpose and I have a Christian world view. This means, I believe in grace, mercy, honesty, integrity and the other Christian values found in the Holy Bible.
And, that’s what you get when you hire me to help. That same perspective for everything I do. If that’s offensive to you – we’re not going to be good partners.
Are We a Fit For Your Type of Business?
Speaking of good partners… Let me list the types of businesses I’ve worked with in the past so you have some idea of where my sweet spot might (or might not) lies. These experiences include:
- General merchandise retail
- Clothing retail
- Sporting goods retail
- Professional services
- Information products
- Consumer services (auto repair shops, salons, etc.)
- Musical instruments
If you’re in one of these groups, it’s a no-brainer for us. If not, it might take some time to think about it.
A Record & Pedigree You Can Rely On!
I’ve been building businesses since 1989 and I don’t plan on stopping that effort any time soon. I’ve received a few accolades that speak a bit to my character and the lenses I look through. I am:
- An Eagle Scout
- A recipient of a Congressional Appointment to the United States Naval Academy
- Past Vice-President of Construction for Jacob’s House (non-profit)
- Past Vice-President for The Joseph Initiative (non-profit)
- Registered Professional Engineer
- A recipient of an Excellence in Engineering Award
- A father of two children
- A husband of an amazing wife
- A previous advisor to Mountain Biz Works and UC Riverside’s Graduate School of Business
- A facilitator of one of the countries most active Lean Startup Circles
And, if you can work with someone like that, then it might be a fit. And, if you can use my past to your advantage, we might be a match made in Heaven.
When You Google Bradley Waldrop – He’s NOT this Guy! (We Promise)
This is pretty intriguing to me, but I wanted to leave this for last… when you Google my name, you’ll find one set of results that’s consistent with this information here and something absolutely awful… you’ll see entries for another person that shares my first and last name that has perpetrated some awful crimes. While it’s unfortunate that we share names, there is nothing I can do about that.
